Personally I wouldn’t give a baby too much chocolate, and I’m sure many mums feel the same. So here’s a range of Easter gifts that really stand out to me as being really great value for money or too cute not to buy.

This is too cute for words and comes from Born Gifted. In the padded basket embroidered with ‘My First Easter Basket’ (as you can see) there’s a bunny with a baby-safe mirror on its stomach, a rattle in the shape of an Easter chick and a plush lamb too.

They have cute stuff like a bunny ears headband, a walking Easter chick a bouncing bunny, Tommy Hid ‘n’ Squeak Eggs, little personalised Easter mugs, a personalised photo frame. personalised eggcups. For older children they have toys in wicker baskets as well as crocheted Easter eggs in a basket. Of course they’ve also got a good range of cuddly toys and some Soggs which are baby socks in an egg box.

I’ve also put together a list of Easter eggs with toys and most of them are suitable for children over 3 months – whether you give your child chocolate at that age is up to you, but I wouldn’t.

If you’ve got a bit more money to spend and would like to buy your baby some gifts they can’t find so easily on the high street then Not On The High Street has a good collection of cute baby stuff such as this Personalised Rabbit Pyjama Case for £30 with free delivery and comes in either blue or pink gingham and is about 45cm tall. Your baby’s name can be embroidered on the rabbit’s apron too. I just love this, but they do have other cool stuff too such as, baby t-shirts, baby-grows, wooden toys, chicken mobiles, rabbit canvases, organic cotton tutus.

Nothing signifies Easter and spring more than lambs and why not get your new baby a Steiff cuddly toy lamb which is about 24cm tall and machine washable at 30°c? Again this is a the more expensive end of things, but it is of great quality and built to last any amount of chewing your baby gives it.

If you wanted to embarrass your baby as they get older you could get them one of these personalised Easter mugs with your baby’s face as a sheep’s one? They’ve also got rabbits, chickens, an Easter flower and other ones too. You can get them from Getting Personal for £9.99.
