Easter Eggs And Their Calories

2012 Update: As the eggs start to go on sale on various websites I’ll start to update this list.

Ok so I’veĀ realisedĀ that this will take far too long to make it a useful resource. Normally when I do a review of the more commercial Easter eggs I’ll make a note of the calories, sugar an saturated fat content. What you could do is search using the box near the top right hand side of this page for the chocolate egg in question and see if I’ve reviewed it. Otherwise you could use this page.

If you’ve wondered how many calories are in an Easter egg, short of going down to the shops and standing there and reading all the packaging, the wasn’t much you could do.

But now there’s Weight Loss Resources which has a database of foods and what they contain. It’s well worth a read.

Here’s some highlights:

Aero Easter Egg, Milk Chocolate, Nestle
