This Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel Easter egg came from their Easter Egg Selection Box which you can pick up for just £14.50 and contains a very good selection of Easter eggs and chocolates. The only problem is that you can’t actually see it in those photos. But seeing as everything else was in the box then I’m sure it was this Cadbury Easter Hamper that they sent! The Caramel Easter egg you get isn’t really caramel. It’s a Dairy Milk Easter egg with a couple of the Caramel mini eggs. But at a combined weight of 177g its fairly substantial and well worth considering.
The Easter egg itself may only be 20% but most people won’t really worry about that too much if they’re knocking them back like they’re going out of fashion like most kids will do this Easter. You get the usual Cadbury fine detailing on the Easter egg which I love.
I’m not sure how much these sell individually, but Chocolate buttons have the much bigger ones for £7.41 each (or £37.04 for a box of six for those that want to order in bulk or wholesale quantities). I’d expect these to sell for about £4.99 generally.
I think they’re great for children, of course, I’d look elsewhere if you’re looking to buy luxury Easter eggs. But if you’re trying to keep the cost of Easter down then I wouldn’t look any further than Cadbury Gifts Direct.
I’m just going to give these a quick rating of 65%. Because they don’t taste bad, a great price and children will love them!
