Strawberry Sensation Egg Sandwich - Hotel Chocolat

Now the Strawberry Sensation Egg Sandwich looks like a fantastic way of getting someone you love some fantastic Hotel Chocolat Easter gifts without breaking the bank.

Here you get 100g of something called "strawberry infusion" which are studded with meringue pieces and then sandwiched between white chocolate egg shells. I'm not entirely sure how they come up with the ideas for these. But I'm getting my order in. The Strawberry Sensation Egg Sandwich come on sale from 17/02/09 and are priced at £6 from Hotel Chocolat.



The nice guys at Hotel Chocolat have sent me one to review. Being the child I am, I found it funny making them look like a pair of breasts :-) I know! On to the review!


I must admit, I just loved it. Some white chocolate can bet overpowering and too sweet. This was fantastically light and complimented the strawberry flavour amazingly. I've nearly finished it already (some of these images take a few seconds to upload you know ;-) )



If you're buying for a white chocolate lover then the Strawberry Sensation Egg Sandwich is an absolute must, considering it only costs £6!!
