Lindt Lindor Mini Eggs - Milk Chocolate Mini Easter Egg
Those regular readers you would know that I have a preference for dark chocolate over milk, and the Lindt Lindor Mini Milk Chocolate Easter egg is the reason why. The Lindt dark chocolate mini egg was fabulous, but this milk chocolate variation is much too sweet and sickly for me but at around 59p from Tescos you can't really argue!
Saying that, it can't be dreadful as I've just scoffed half of one!
When you unwrap it from the wrapper you notice a big sweet smell, one that's accompanied by a nutty aroma. It is bodering on inticing for me, but for those that love nutty milk chocolate with a praline centre I'm sure it'll be heaven.
The praline centre is very soft and it glides through your teeth with ease - as the picture shows. But for people like me it is a bit too sweet. I've actually stopped at the half and wondering what to do with the second half. I'm sure I'll have to donate it to the other half.
If you're looking at a token, cheap Easter egg gift this Easter then I doubt that you can get anything as suitable as the Lindt Lindor Mini Eggs. They're top quality chocolate eggs at a very reasonable price. Just make the choice between the dark and milk chocolate varieties very carefully.
The only real issue I had was that all the ingredients are printed in gold on the red background. So if you were at all interested, perhaps you've got a health concern, you won't be able to find out if you can actually eat the egg - not good!
Can you see it? At the bottom? No nor could I (just)!
Also available via MySupermarket.
Easter eggs rating: 6/10 - too sweet and I don't like the packaging.
